Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original Opinel packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including all inserts and accessories.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned tools, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
